O most holy Mary, virgin of virgins and queen of all human beings, I bow humbly
at your feet, to recognize that after God
it to you, oh my good mother I am indebted to your child.
Touched (e) the pain you have endured, help me to sympathize with your suffering
accepting my sorrows and my annoyances common with yours.
Virgin of Sorrows, deign to look at me like your child
and receive me into your lovely heart. I love this so good
heart pierced by seven swords of pain. Watch over me and all Christians.
